Everything Effects Your Shooting

Eat light at least two hours before a match. No Caffeine, sugar, chocolate, fats or smoking. It is hard not to eat or drink the stuff that tastes so good, but think of the good taste of shooting a tight group. 2700’s start early and run until mid afternoon. You should eat a light lunch of fruit, bread and water are good. I eat a banana and a bagel. I bring plenty of water for summer matches. Stretching your muscles before and during a match helps relax your muscles and mind.
